Hey there,
I now finally think its time to talk about the sucking matchmaking in Competitive Crucible.
I noticed the last two days where i really tried to play crucible to bring my glory rank up to mythic so i can get my mountaintop and recluse. But theres just one thing that keeps me away from getting those two weapons. Its the matchmaking of crucible. Im always either getting teamed up with total Crucible newbs (which isnt the main Problem) or/and getting teamed against a total wreking, tryhard crucible pro. I cant bring my glory rank even up to Brave since i am able to win about 2 matches in a row and get a tiny bit of glory and then loose about 4 matches again because of the worse matchmaking. I even tried finding some decent Fireteams to get it done but even with a decent fireteam you get matched with a total pro team or at least one or two pros with an efficiency of 8.0+ at the end of each match. It really sucks. Even if i play decent or pretty good sometimes i cant get my glory up even a little. I think the progression of the glory rank sucks because it totaly relies on getting good teammates and not really on your own progress during the match. You can have a good static 3.0 Efficiency troughout the match and still loose progress because there are always players who either dont really know what to do in the gamemode or just suck at crucible for which i dont want to blame them. But it still sucks.
I hope anyone of bungie here is listening to this thread and maybe fix this. I want to be matched with totally fair conditions, not against players with a 100% on point aim and rushing to legendary. And please tell my what you think about the current matchmaking system

It's rank based, so of course it's unbalanced. It sucks the way they have the Competitive scoring set up. I played 3 games this morning, won first 2 and lost 1. I got 168 points for the two wins in a row and lost 60 points on the 3rd. The points lost is harsh. Toning that down would ensure that the stacked teams get done more quickly and the rest of us have a better time. It's tough enough getting the kills needed for a pinnacle weapon without tying it to wins as well. You get forced into using close range weapons that put you at a disadvantage so you lose more. I do well with fusions, but getting hand cannon kills in competitive is tough against a team that sticks together.
