Asian invasion to Europe.
So, i got in PVP casual match and got matched up with guys from Asian server.
4 of them. All in same clan and fireteam. And im playing on Europe server.
So they had big ping and they just steamrolled us. Why? You might ask.
Well it is all because this game has awful ping compensation. I shot one of them 3 times in a head with Ace packed with Memento Mori shots. So he should die, right? No. He just has such big ping that he was able to run up to me, shot me with shotgun, and only after that he dies with my hits registering.
I died too.
Why does game allows players to change server and go in PVP? Why it doesnt check their ping to allow them to get in PVP? And why no one can see their or other player's ping?
And yes, i know that without ability to change server sometimes it is almost impossible to find a team to do forge, or raid, or any other PVE stuff.

Simply checking a players connection to the nearest server in that region before launching would prevent this entirely. I believe all players connections are checked against eachother prior to each match, but the ping requirment is beyond generous. I've had similar experiences playing Australian teams on NA. The closest point in the US to Australia is further away than China is so I'm not sure why they're even allowed to launch on NA.
