Official polls created by Bungie would help.
Polls won't make much of a difference.
No, they need comment processors which should range in education level from no degree to associates or bachelors degree, or alternatively a low to mid range tailored intelligence. Comment processing is a way to sort large amounts of individual comments into categories and then reduce those categories into easily readable one to two line summaries. Some main categorical summaries at this point, based on already observed data, would be: 1. "All of us in this group are extremely hostile to the current actions, statements and likely future actions of Bungie as a studio and always have been." 2. "All of us in this group share a sense of unfairness or disappointment when discussing planned changes to the game in the near future, have expressed this sentiment many times in the past and would like to remove the title from our libraries." 3. "All of us in this group enjoy small aspects of the game and regularly mention those aspects. We tend to disregard the claims of group 1 and group 2 without counter claim, and we tend to present various theories to explain why content, statements and future plans made by Bungie are being poorly received." With poor but significant confidence I can report that Groups 1 and 3 are similar in size but are dwarfed by the size of group 2.
