Stuttering, freezing and audio cutouts

Never had any issues until logging in a while ago. I'm getting random stutter and freeze frames and short audio cut outs, the last instance made D2 app crash and thats why I'm here. Whatever was done has caused issues on my end, I looked into the stutter, FPS posts to no avail and Game Bar was always disabled. I'll repeat again that I've never encountered any issues until logging in today.
