After getting the new DLC today I can confirm for myself anyways that the HDR is now working like it use to before Forsaken Patch. I can clearly see on the tower now at night and Lost Sectors are visable. I am on the Xbox One X playing on a Q8FN QLED. Thanks Bungie!

Oh nice! I'm on a ps4 pro so I'll have a look after work. Odd that it was not in the patch notes though.
