Having this exact issue, no fps drop but this stutter that if you put up with it for long is like having mild motion sickness. It seems to be linked to patch/hotfixes, although not always. I first noticed just after reset on the 5th Dec, was doing some blind well with a friend and it was really bad. I'd been trying a 417 driver and assumed that was it so I rolled back to 416.94 which I had previously used and never noticed this issue. The next day there was no issues so assumed it was the driver. But with the game patch/update this reset it was back, seems to be confined to public areas or in the forge. Haven't noticed it in strikes/missions/gambit. So I was thinking it was maybe a memory leak, but after keeping an eye on my ram usage in task manager that doesn't seem to be the case, I've seen the game run flawlessly and climb over 3.2gb and seen it run super choppy and be around 2.4gb. I'm still using the same 416.94 driver, I haven't changed any settings in Nvidia CP or in game, I don't have anything running in the background like HWM or Afterburner. i7-8700 Asus ROG Strix 2080 16GB DDR4-3000 Ram Win 10 Home 64-bit GSync Enabled running @1440p
