Hi LimitedTwix. Appreciate you reaching out to us about your issue.
You may want to follow the below steps, which may help with your issue:
1. Completely uninstall both Destiny 2 and the Battle.net application
2. Delete the following local cache/settings directories:
– %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC
- %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net
More Information:
*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc.
The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.

3. Reinstall the Battle.net app and Destiny 2
Bearbeitet von Twixx: 12/20/2018 8:19:46 AMthanks for replying it does prove you read this but, sinds the update of black armory i have had this problem, i deleted everything, destiny 2 but also blizzard app and everything in my appdata folder local and roaming, i even reset my whole pc, that is what i do not understand. Is it bound to settings implanted by saved cache data from blizzard or is it something that is not compatible with my pc.

We've been seeing reports about these issues for Xbox players in Austrailia, but you're the first I've seen having this issue on PC. What region are you located in?
-
It’s I also an issue for some Xbox players in the USA. I am on the west coast I’ve had issues since update and couldn’t even play the game late last night.

Thanks for the information.

Bearbeitet von Twixx: 12/23/2018 12:34:51 AM“What region are you located in?” Europe I may have found the solution and cause to my problem, the cause i think is because is switched from regions from time to time and the solution is simply delete everything, i deleted destiny 2 and all the cached data and blizzard with all its cahed data, reinstalled both again and it is perfectly fine now, i am willing to test this theory soon, because its not nothing to download 90 GB, once i test this theory i will reply on your oncoming message.

The forums are full of people all saying the same thing that they cannot play the game since the latest update. Common denominator here is the update and all we have seen from Bungie is clear your cache, restart the console/PC, or re-download the game which none of those work. Everyone e is trying to grind the new content that just dropped and it’s Christmas break where people are looking forward to playing but we either can’t play at all or are getting kicked constantly because the last update.

You are giving these people bad information. This is a broken patch, thousands of people having major bugs after the update is a nuts and bolts issue on your end. You need to escalate this to the dev team for a fix. It's happening all over, only common denominator is your patch. Deleting the cache and all and battlenet app is just a red herring to keep them busy. The same problem returns.
