Yup, gonna add myself to this post now. Just got back into the game myself, now that Black Armory is out. It never drops below 140FPS, except for the very infrequent micro stutter of 90FPS. Essentially, the game never ever drops below 60FPS at all, yet the game never seems to run smoothly after about 10 minutes of gameplay. Always feels stuttery and choppy, even though the frames are generally over 140FPS at about 95% of the time. Feels like I am running at like 30-60FPS with stuttering. Never had this problem up until I started playing again today. Thought maybe it was just me, but apparently not. Very irritating, as this was never an issue for me until now. I7 5820k EVGA 2080TI FTW3 16GB 3600hz RAM Win10 64bit UPDATE After fiddling with some visual settings, I noticed that for some reason, whenever I would adjust from Fullscreen to Windowed or Borderless Windowed or back to Fullscreen, or whatever, the game kept trying to force me into 4k resolution(I had previously been playing on a 4k monitor), even though I was playing on a 1440p monitor. It was as if for some reason, in the coding, the game still thought I was playing on a 4k monitor and wanted to automatically adjust it back up to 4k resolution. I also noticed that adjusting my resolutions weren't really doing anything, like the game wasn't actually changing my resolution or saving my adjustments. So I would set my visuals to 1440p on Fullscreen, then switch to Windowed, and it would try to force my screen into Windowed, but at 4k resolution. So basically I couldn't see anything. So I would tell it to revert, and it would go back to 1440p in Fullscreen. But anytime I made any adjustment, it tried to force 4k. After fiddling with this for a while, I eventually just tried to force it into 1680x1050 and other resolutions, while also forcing it into Windowed and Borderless Windowed, until it finally registered both at the same time and saved both settings. I then restart the game while in 1680x1050 in Borderless to make sure it saved that way, then set it back into 1440p in Fullscreen, restarted again. At this point I was finally able to adjust my screen settings without it forcing me into 4k anymore, and since then I have yet to have any odd stuttering issues. *crossing my fingers*. This could be COMPLETELY random, but it seems like my stuttering issues were because the game couldn't seem to figure out what monitor I was on, or what resolution was native to the monitor(and possibly was refresh rate was native to the monitor) and it was having problems. You guys may want to test this as well and see if it is also doing this to you.
