So when it first came out I bought the bundle for the Thunderlord that gave me the "Hypervelocity" ornament. I spent my silver, I got it. I used it. Today I used my thunderlord and the ornament is gone, I did not get my silver back. I still have the corrupted ether transmat effect. But the ornament is straight up gone. I would like either my silver or the ornament back. EDIT: So my help ticket came back saying I never unlocked the ornament, but my silver is still missing and I don't have the item on any of my characters. Your help ticket system is incredibly useless because you ask for "Specific" information but only give people enough room to describe the issue in ten words. This is pretty awful, bungie.
