Dragonfly + Full Auto Trigger This is one of the BEST imo perk trees for a High Impact Scout Rifle; although.. Scouts are pretty much underpowered, this one can deal pretty good damage. (66 to the crit) In the video I simply show the gameplay from one of my successful games with the use of the Scout Rifle - The Cut And Run.
