Why is it when something like eververse has an issue or easy mod components are farmable it gets patched ASAP, while everything else takes months or a new DLC?
Exactly as the title states? Anything that actually makes the grind a little bit more fun or a little less of a time sink gets patched or nerfed, while the things we've been asking to be changed for years like crucible game mode selection is not even acknowledged...

2 AntwortenApparently now issues do not even get fixed. MW Cores? - Renamed. Oathkeeper's Exotic? - Perk description removed. The constant issues are catching up to Bungie. Having your DLC called out at an earnings call as a "disappointment" and for a "failure to attract veteran players" is pretty bad.

For farmable it would kill the game fast and make it less fun in the long run. Eververse needs to be fix asap as it could lead to security breaches. Another for eververse is the loss of profits.

We had crucible gamemode selection in D1 but there were so many playlists that most were empty.

1 AntwortenBecause it's money. Money has actual value whereas a digital item or bug does not. For example. If there's a bug that let's players get a certain micro transaction for free. Bungie and thus Activision loses money. Then Activision has an earnings call and holds bungo responsible. Bungo now has to make up those monetary losses via other means And then boom. Buyable exotic engrams. Money also opens up avenues for legal disputes if it disenfranchises the player

Why do people buy shares in a company? Well, it’s to make money, when shareholders are losing their money prepare to start losing yours.

Because that makes money for Bungie / Activision. If it costs us time (like getting anywhere in our Ship, loading walls, accessing menus etc.) or us money, that's just fine by them.
