So, I successfully completed Last Wish prior to this week's reset. When I tried to claim my code on Tuesday morning, I kept getting errors on the Rewards page. I'm on a mobile phone if that means anything.
Anyway, I emailed Bungie Store support, hoping to get a response. I was under the impression that they would resolve the issue, since usually they're very prompt. Just now I checked my email and saw I did in fact, get a response. However, it tells me that I've asked the wrong department and that I should come here for assistance.
So that explains why this thread is a few days after the deadline. I can submit proof and verify that I did in fact complete the raid before reset. If possible, I would like my code, because I was unable to actually claim it due to some unknown error on the Bungie Rewards page and due to the lack of direct support for the Rewards page itself
