So, I successfully completed Last Wish prior to this week's reset. When I tried to claim my code on Tuesday morning, I kept getting errors on the Rewards page. I'm on a mobile phone if that means anything. Anyway, I emailed Bungie Store support, hoping to get a response. I was under the impression that they would resolve the issue, since usually they're very prompt. Just now I checked my email and saw I did in fact, get a response. However, it tells me that I've asked the wrong department and that I should come here for assistance. So that explains why this thread is a few days after the deadline. I can submit proof and verify that I did in fact complete the raid before reset. If possible, I would like my code, because I was unable to actually claim it due to some unknown error on the Bungie Rewards page and due to the lack of direct support for the Rewards page itself Thank you.
