Error Code: Buffalo since getting Forsaken, unable to sign in

I bought Forsaken and the annual pass today. Since buying both I have been unable to login. I keep getting a recurring error code: Buffalo. I looked on the forum for others who have run into the same issue and I've tried all those steps. Steps attempted: - Making sure you are always launching Destiny 2 from the Battle.net application - Running both Destiny 2 and Battle.net as administrator - Running Scan and Repair in the Battle.net application - Deleting these cache / settings directories and then immediately running Scan and Repair: o %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net o %APPDATA%\Battle.net o %LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net o %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC - Manually closing all Blizzard and Bungie apps in Task Manager, then restarting - Completely re-installing Destiny 2 - Tried changing region I'm not sure what else to try at this point.
