I have completed a certain mindbending task that awards an emblem. The app currently shows this item as "classified" even though I have one, and I have it equipped on my character. If I have a "classified" item equipped it is no longer "classified" and it should display correctly. This breaks the character list on the Gear screen because my third character has no emblem displayed.
