Why is Hunters so underwhelming in Destiny 2? Warlocks and Titans overpower them stats wise
Hunters get no armor with GG and have no projectile with arcstrider but titans have exact supers types with armor and projectile with hammer of sol and sentinel (which gives health back with kills and can guard). Warlocks got amazing storm trance and dawn blade. Their neutral gameplay and class abilities are better with rift and barrier. Hunters just shade step with no advantage. After the patch, titans is master race with shoulder charges and without hunters Wormhusk helmet now, they're useless again. Bungie need to improve hunters synergy seriously

Hunters excel in crucible. They always have and because of this people get salty. Hunters speed and agility allow for hit and run Tactics which are very effective. I see other classes try and mirror this when they should be playing their class to their strengths but because they try to play a warlock or titan like a hunter they lose and complain. Complaining hunters are the same. As a hunter main i play my class well. However i know when ive been beat in entirety by a warlock or titan that knows their shit. I wish this nerf this nerf that mentality would end. There are things that could use adjustment. However, most things in this game between classes have counters. People just need to use them effectively.

2 AntwortenThey have been nerfing hunters and removing shit from them since d1. Blink, invisibility. It’s why this game is trash. All the losers hating on hunters even though nothing is stopping people from creating their own hunter.

3 AntwortenI’m sorry what, when did hunters become under powered? Poledancer is still the best pve class for crowd control, golden gun doesn’t get armor because it’s a one shot hit scan super, dawn blade and hammers are both projectile based and you’re not garbage at the game you can avoid them, which is why they get that trade off, nightstalker is still the best neutral game subclass in the game, don’t even get me started on how that “nerf” Orpheus rig literally made next to no difference to the exotic. And dodge is incredible now, you can activate kill clip with it, hunters are still extremely powerful. (This is coming from a hunter main btw before anyone says salty warlock or Titan)

5 AntwortenLol no we're not. Hunters are dominating the crucible since day 1. We're just better. I'm glad the other classes got buffed they need it to be on par with hunters.

1 AntwortenArcsrider was the best trials and comp super for most of year one. Golden gun has six shots with no travel time. Dodge has a quicker recharge and deploy than rift or barricade, and also has more effect and allowing for mobility than the Titan barricade. How are hunters underwhelming?

5 Antworten😂😂😂😂 Warlocks are the Detroit Lions of Destiny. Sound good on paper but are subpar at best compared to other classes, I should know, I’ve main a Warlock since Destiny one came out. Much love for the Warlock but let’s be real, they are clearly the weakest class.

11 AntwortenStormtrance was amazing in D1. It does not compare here at all lol. I don't know what you mean by neutral game when Warlock melees are generally weak. Thunderstrike just has bonus range. Daybreak is definitely in a good place right now tho. I just have to get used to its speed.
