Hi, I Completed Solo and im Lv 30. If i Talk to the Fraction Guys i can see the Items what they offer, but i dont know how to join them. From Videos and other sources i know, i can only join them while theres a fraction rally and i can change fraction after the actual rally is over. But i was never in a fraction or i cant remember cause the last time after i played right after i finished solo i paused for a long time.
