I'm not sure if this happens on any other version, but it happens on the PC for sure. it's a funny one, but definitely strange! To describe the video: When I'm wearing the Mantle of Efrideet with the S3 ornament, if I crouch and move in a circle, the verts of the cloak will start exploding until the whole cloak disappears! i've tested with several other cloaks but it appears to only be this cloak having an issue. just wanted to report this in case it wasn't a known issue :)
