Tie between 'Strange Terrain' and 'Will of the Thousands,' for being re-purposed story missions.
I hate 'A Garden World' and 'Tree of Probabilities' for the same reason, but at least the character dialogue justifies our playing through those missions again. The characters involved in the Warmind strikes pretend that the Warmind story never happened.

I actually do like "Strange Terrain" and "Will of the Thousands" as strikes. It almost feels like Bungie designed them as strikes [i]first[/i] then reworked them as story missions later, rather than the other way around. But it is kinda lazy either way though.
