You spent the entire match backpedaling and running away from him. You didn't make a single aggressive play. When he was a kill up he could of sat back for the next 60 seconds and won, because you didn't know how to move forward. He might be toxic but you're horrid at D2.

To hell with moral high ground. Teabag the shit out of them. I always go into every online gaming match with respect. But when I do that, and someone else gets toxic with me anyway, I keep my mouth shut throughout the match. When I WIN, I deliver the riposte. Period. I'll give you an example from Overwatch, known for its toxic community. It's so toxic there the developers admitted managing the toxicity was hampering the development of new content. And then they introduced a reputation system for players to help. The story: I got teamed up with 4 guys in a group. In their 20s or 30s. I was playing Symmetra on defense, which I often do (I then switch to a big damage dealer for offense). Using this pattern I get a 65%+ winrate. So my playing these characters is actually a good thing for any team that gets me. Symmetra deploys turrets. She also got a rework of her abilities, and many in the Overwatch community grasp character changes very slowly. Until they grasp the gist of the new abilities, they assume the abilities are trash. So these guys trashed me in voice for the entire round. I kept silent, smiling to myself. Why? Because I know how good I am. They continued trashing me amongst themselves, assuming I wasn't pulling my weight because... Symmetra. After the first round, when normally I'd switch off her to something non-turret, I picked Sym again. They complained and continued to trash me, calling me all sorts of things, including "must be autistic, since the character is autistic." Called me some racist names too. How does that make any sense since they can't see me or even hear me? The character is South Asian. And well, since when did racists need substantial context to be, well, racist? The second round went on, insults continued my way. By the end of the match I'd say I endured close to 15 minutes of nonsop insults and racism. I could have muted them or left voice chat, but why miss out on such a grand opportunity? By now they've proven to me that not only are they hateful and rude, they're not very good at the game either, and their attempts at strategizing were pathetic. We won the match. When the results screen for stats came up, guess who popped up with performance cards? A bunch of guys from the enemy team.... and me, as Symmetra, leading our team with gold medals for eliminations, damage, and eliminations while on the objective. One of the guys chuckled and said, 'Look. Guess Symmetra was doing something.' And just before the team was auto-disbanded, I wrote in chat: "You're all dumb as hell." One of them read that out loud, and just as the loudest, most obnoxious of them opened his mouth to start with insults again, the game disbanded us, taking us all back to the main menu. How satisfying was that? Immensely. Because now they know that I was disciplined and superior enough to just sit there and listen to their insults, AND do better than all of them in the process. People like this don't deserve to insult others and get away with it. Letting them get away with it only makes you complicit in the next time they harass someone with a clear conscience. Give them what they deserve. But reserve it for the end.

I was wondering when the entertaining pat of the video was going to start. I was expecting a full on ass whipping only to realize that I wasn't even sure who beat who until I saw you with one more kill at the end. If you are going to talk shit about somebody who has been talking shit... Post a real clip. You simply got lucky.

Only person in that video that was toxic was you and you made a post gloating that you beat someone. Back peddling. Running away. Just hiding. Wormhusk in a 1v1(pathetic). Vigilance Wing. AND you bagged him in the end. Plus, you were tied. I don’t consider “Over Time” a legit way to settle the score due to the fact people feel pressured to get the kill and play terrible. Grow up and don’t fill the forums with your mediocre “victory”.

Everyone, it’s ok, it’s just a Xbox thing. Like seriously, I play on PC and just had one toxic player and that was like 4-5 weeks ago. Never had any issue like this.
