Would solve a lot of issues. Get in a good group, "stay with team", pops up, some people stay, some people go, no fuss no muss. PvP, Strikes, etc. What would be better still would be an in game checklist for activities. Generic matchmaking, you pick what you are interested in, it groups you up with other people looking for something similar. Imagine going into strikes knowing people were working on the daily challenge, bounties, milestones, etc. Being able to match into planetary groups for EP, Flashpoint, Faction Rallies. Open it up to Nightfalls, Trials and Raids, mic required for Trials and Raid activities. Getting people on the same page is never a bad thing.
