Bring back class specific exotic weapons
Bungie I love you guys, you made bows a reality.
I was wondering if you could lean in real hard to making unique class specific exotic weapons.
Shurikens for hunters, Energy gauntlets for warlocks, and Weapons that have alternate firing modes for Titans(auto rifle/grenade launcher, can change firing modes like how Borealis changes elements)

Maybe theme them after enemy factions... Titans get something similar to a heavy Cabal slug thrower. Hunters get a suppressed Fallen weapon that allows them to shoot while invisible. And warlocks get something like the Tlaloc, only Vexified. When your Super is full, the gun is better.

ACK HECK NO. The only reason I played more then one guy is because this game DOES IT RIGHT!!!!! Getting to use the gun you want on the toon you want is the greatest thing ever.

2 AntwortenWhy not an Exotic that actually operates differently based on which class is using it? The easy example to give would be a Sword. With Titans, the sword hits harder, sending enemies flying like the Tractor Cannon. Hunters use the Sword much more nimbly, allowing them to Blink Strike with it. Finally Warlocks can channel the Light with this Sword and get a ranged attack similar to Bolt Caster.

What would be great is elemental Exotic primary weapons from the Prestige Raid. Make it worth doing.

5 AntwortenI really hope my ace of spades is the hunter exclusive exotic it use to be and only hunters can use it. But knowing my luck titans and warlocks will get to use it de vauling it beyond measure.

I strongly disagree. I was never a fan of having weapons I couldn't always use, and I'm still not a fan of it (the class specific swords).

7 AntwortenAll that would do is create more class wars in the crucible which means people whine and moan until something is nerfed. I guarantee Wormhusk is getting nerfed soon just because of all the disgusting whiney babies here.
