i did all the hard reset master reset i uninstalled des 2 and all dlc 3 times called my provider checked all my speed everything is up and running it still says contacting destiny everytime i get on its so frustrating please help

Weasel errors are caused by packet loss. The error is most commonly caused by playing D2 on WiFi. Try switching to a hardwired connection.
