Golden Gun Needs Some Love - Either 10 seconds duration or a bit of resistance/armor
After a few months of the Go Fast (not really) Update, its clear that the Arcstrider is the most used and good all around subclasses in the game. I'm sure a lot of people have seen the video showing off the use of supers, the tightly woven rope of subclasses... and then theres arcstrider. Way above the usage of other subclasses and this is a good thing.
I believe we have the same problem with weapons as we do subclasses, we need a few nails to stick up (but not all the nails). We need more supers to be as good as an arcstrider.
Our Golden Gun needs some love and should at the very least be given 10 seconds for its super or some sort of boost to its sprint speed (theres a few videos showing proof that the striker wasnt even buffed for its sprint speed and thats just laughable). The armor I could do without personally but it would make getting the 4 man or 6 man kill easier with still taking skill.

1 AntwortenArmor? You realize golden gun is a point and kill super right? Its the only hitscan super in the game able to kill “almost” across the map. Do you seriously think golden gun needs armor? I agree to making it 8-10 seconds but even that could be insane

GG with Celestial is truly amazing but only against bosses. when it comes to normal adds the single shots don't do enough damage in my opinion. In PvP i think the super does pretty well as it sits and i don't really think it needs to change. and the duration i think is fine as it is. i do feel pressured when i use it but it's rewarding when i still get the kill while my clock is almost out. the grenades on the other hand need some love more so than the super itself

5 AntwortenGolden gun doesnt really need a sprint boost, seeing as it is a ranged super. What it needs however, in PvE, is a damage buff. The three shot skill set especially needs increased damage. It should not take me all three shots to down a shielded red bar knight in the nightfall. I can see that for the six shot, but not the three shot. The six shot could use some love, more orb generation on killing mook adds, as well as perhaps something like triple tap, giving it an extra shot for three quick kills. Add in combustion in there somewhere, and it would be a fun super to use again.. but in its current state, it is ridiculously weak in PvE. Leave it alone for PvP.. because we dont want to make the crucibabies cry more.
