[TRIUMPH BUG] Check list is INCORRECT
Issue Reproduced and Verified:
1. When in-game, I look at my titan, which has the most of any of my characters in terms of opened regional chests. 66 of 68
2. View the triumphs page and it tells me I'm missing 2 from Helles Basin.
3. Review map of Helles Basin on my Titan and perceive there are no Icons for regional tests
4. Look at all other planetary maps and see there are 2 missing chests on my titan which are opened on at least 1 other of my characters. (Hunter has all chests from mercury)
5. Go to Mercury on my titan and get one of the missing 2 chests.
6. Now the bungie.net triumph book reflects 67/68 AND tells me I just got the missing one in Helles Basin.
ANOTHER ISSUE:
1. I go onto the triumphs page and look at the ADVENTURES. I have 14/20 and 3 of the ones not flagged are currently available on TITAN.
2. I go to TITAN and complete these.
3. I still have 14/20 and none have been newly checked off.
Clearly, the information we are viewing is NOT a culmination of all of our characters and is therefor unpredictable in whether it's completely wrong.

Progress toward Triumphs and event rewards may be lost if players delete any characters on their account.
