I think the corporate bois prioritize money too much (most businesses nowadays focus on making money, instead of realizing if you make a good product the money will come anyways). But the devs, the guys who actually are bungie, and actually build the game, seem to be doing their best to make an epic universe for us to have fun in.

I could see that being true. I definitely agree that companies should worry about making a good product and knowing the money will come in because it is good.

Yep. Sadly tool companies seem to be the only ones who get that nowadays. They make solid products and know that people will then trust them and only buy from them (for example my dad likes Craftsman, Dewalt, and Kobalt tools). Gaming companies lately have all tried to just cash in on fads (like all the MTX now, or the Battle Royale genre) instead of making an amazing game. Which is silly, since there's still guys playing and actively modding the original Battlefront 2 from 2005, 13 years after it's release. Which means there's still people buying copies of the game to play it. If modern companies would just make amazing games, they'd make just as much money, if not more in the long run.
