I completed the Mars adventure "Hephaestus" and went back the next day its greyed out and says "Already active" when I mouse over the icon. I waited for a week and the issue still persists. I tried completing another adventure and it was able to reset without issue. Not sure if anyone has any work around or just have to hope for Bungie to fix the problem.
