Why can Destiny tracker make better decisions about match making than Bungie?
They're using Bungie's info to determine how game will go? For the most part- at least 75% of the time there is a 70%+ chance that the one team will win. Is bungie fixing game or are they just really bad at this? If the rest of the game didn't have so many problems I'd think that they were totally manipulating this.

Bungies fixing the game. They were dishonest about the xp grind why would they be honest about crucible. You ever play a game against a team of total noobs and you are close to winning an all of the sudden they magically start hitting their target and win? The game is tipping the aim bots ever so slightly so you lose

I have a 1100 elo for control because I don’t play much, destiny tracker will show I’m likely to lose nearly ever game until I raise my elo which is very unlikely.

destiny tracker only uses data to calculate elo. Then it calculates the average elo and determines how much chance a given team will have to win. Bungie on the other hand uses win percentages (especially in comp). This is one of the reasons as a solo, I can play against a full team which has around 50% wins, but through elo chances they have 83% chance of winning
