So I was playing a couple matches of cruible, and then suddenly towards the start of a control match, my weapons stopped doing damage to one player. I was still visible to everyone, could be killed, then eventually I couldnt damage anyone else. Then had a sudden hit when I could do damage, but quickly died. After that death I respawned and ran to the closest enemy. Again back to no damage, but this time, the enemy just ran past me like nothing was going on. Two others ran right past me, as if no one could see me. My weapons didn't do damage, melee was unaffective, and after trying to ask the team if they could see me on the team chat, no one responded. I started a recording of the gameplay, and you can see there's no damage from weapons, but abilities affected enemy players. My smoke bomb, and vortex Grenade worked, and so did my shadow shot, but other than that, nothing. It was a supremacy match, and i was able to pick up crests, but It didnt seem to have any affect on the score. I could pick up heavies, but again no effect as the heavy would still be there, and I recieved no heavy ammo from the drop. All in all I have no idea what happened, why it happened, and im doubtful it was a network issue, otherwise I would have been disconnected or something else would have happened. The game was running fine, no lag, issues, but there was a weird environment collision before anything happened. Dunno if that has an affect or not, but anything that may help. On the bright side, ended the match with a 6.0 kda, so wasnt all bad. Just posting incase this issue affects anyone else. Hopefully it can get sorted out asap. EDIT: Forgot to mention. I could still take damage from enemy shots and abilties. If I was inbetween an enemy shooting a teamate, I would take the damage. Same if I walked into an ability.
