So me and my fireteam got a guide to where all the memory fragments were making sure we were all at 0 when we started. We go through all 45 and then go for the loot, we all get the [spoiler]exotic sword[/spoiler] and proceed to go get the [spoiler]exotic sparrow[/spoiler]. They open the chest and get it but I couldn't open it. I eventually realize my counter says 44/45. We run through the entire guide 4 more times but all 45 were destroyed, so at some point I shot one and it didn't count. Any ideas? (Currently getting them on second character but not the issue)
