Bungie did such a great job on d1 in year3 because as we were playing the game Bungie was learning from players on how to shape their game and what they wanted their vision to be. But now coming out of destiny 1 year 3 Bungie removed some of the greatest things on Destiny 1 like random rolls, strike specific loot, private matches (I guess they didn’t want their game to go pro), SRL and the list goes on and on and for what reason? They removed things that made their game shine, which is mind boggling to say the least. Bungie made this game with a 10 year plan and I think their intentionally ruining the experience for players because they don’t want to follow through with the plan, I mean they’re already developing destiny 3 because they just want to get it over with. Bungie is smart and they know that if they put these things back in the game sooner rather than later their game could be one of the greats, but they’re intentionally slowing the releases of these updates because they want the player base to die so they can forget this 10 year plan and move on. Another reason these updates are taking so long is because they want to post them alongside an expansion pass to see if they can squeeze any money out of the ones who stay for their dead game. I thought they wanted this game to take off and start getting more serious with this franchise with the PC release. It sucks to see destiny in this state, it really does.
