You know one of the clan level upgrades is "increased chance of double Simulation Seed on Mercury"? Has anyone [i]ever[/i] got more than one? I know it doesn't matter and they are close to useless (yeah I want yet more low power legendary engrams from Brother Vance - not!) but I do feel a bit "short changed" as that clan level has been active for ages and I've picked up hundreds of the things. I know it's "RNG" but what percentage are supposed to have this double chance? Is it really just a fraction of 1% ?
