Purchased silver still haven't gotten it

Need a bungie official to reply to this. I bought a 10$ silver bundle and still haven't gotten it. Playstation has readded funds to my wallet twice to solve the issue and even troubleshoot it but nothing has happened. I need help soon on this issue please.

  • Any day Bungie. I contact Bungie official help, I message one of the help admins, I put in several missing silver forms and I constantly message all Bungie official social media and I still haven’t heard anything back. PlayStation refuses to do anything and tells me to contact Bungie to get help but Bungie won’t reply and I’m out 50$ of silver
