I do. I know a lot of Christians that don't and they condemn me for believing in it, but in all their ego, they forget that I'm Christian, and that I've read the Bible as well. The Old Testament, especially Genesis, is filled to the brim with metaphors. When it says that God created man from the dust of the earth, he very likely did not use literal dust. With all of the evidence right in front of our faces, it's not insane to speculate that he used some sort of primate to make man.

And I think the forbidden fruit is a metaphor for sex.

Could have been.
-
I totally get you, but it’s hard for me not to take Genesis literally.

It's hard for everyone to think it terms of metaphors, that section in particular was meant to be complex

To each his own👌

No, he definitely used dust, or dirt, or something of the sort. However, the story of Noah’s arc shows that evolution would be necessary for the Bible to be correct.

Do you have evidence?
-
For what?
-
That man was created out of dust or something similar
-
The Bible explicitly said that. Practically every biblical scholar agrees that Adam was made from dirt. There are a few references later in the book of Genesis relating to Adam coming from dirt, as well, most notably when God tells Adam that he will one day return to dust.

God created something out of nothing
-
Yep, and he created life with the ability to evolve out of nothing too.

Go back up and read my first statement, friend

Dust is partially made out of dead skin cells.

As well as the length of days for him

"The world was created in 6 (or 7 if u count the day of rest) but the Bible states that Gods days are not the same as ours.
so it could've been 3 million years
How long did the earth take to form into a big ball? And then for meteors to hot that had water? It works
