The answer to the problem is not "git gud"

I think the answer to team shot in pvp is doing the opposite of what Aeon gear does, they should have it so when you're in close proximity to teammates in pvp for too long you take a hit on damage output, forcing players to spread out a bit and bringing skill back into the equation. I mean it's got to be almost as annoying to constantly be on a winning team but have little to no kills to show for it because someone else on your team keeps getting the kill shot.
