Sick of this stutter. Disabling Hyper-Threading was a fix until the new geforce drivers. Hardware monitoring shows plenty of CPU and GPU left but the game doesn't want to maintain 60 FPS. Its better with Hyper-Threading turned off but its still an issue. You can literally stare at a wall, nothing on screen changes, Cpu and Gpu with plenty of headroom, and you'll see frame stutter. Running max settings all the way down to lowest and no difference. The game just doesn't want to hold a steady frame rate.
Stutter? Haven't noticed any stutter on my system. How does this manifest? That would frustrate the heck out of me.
Understand that 90% of the problem is not on the Bungie end and has to do with the latest Creator Update (1709) and then also the security patch that just released on Tuesday. There have been problems with multiple games because of it but D2 gets hit hardest because of the P2P network architecture. The problem has to do with the Windows DirectX hookin to the graphics driver.
