Bungie we as players don’t like a game that has so much content locked behind eververse when there isn’t much content in the game to begin with. Being a gamer that loves the destiny games I hope you realize that it is micro transactions that are the issue. Players need real content for the game to survive. Destiny can be a top tier game if these things are not only addressed in a blog post but quickly and reasonably acted upon.
1. Find an alternative to Tess.
The micro transactions in destiny aren’t something that can be brushed aside. Games that do, for example Star Wars battlefront 2, tend to die out.
People are not wanting to spend their hard earned money trying to collect gear in a virtual world. We need something more than a “we’re listening” blog posts. We need proof that there is actual change coming. Also don’t try to half ass 2 things when you can whole ass one and get it done right.
2. Add content.
We understand that this is a broad statement but honestly it is the sole reason why all of us players bought this game. If you truly do wish to continue having people purchase this game or any future games you have to feed the players with new content regularly. This means more frequently that each new season. This means that seasons need real content rather than a few ornaments. Stop reskins. Please stop reskins. New content is extremely vital in the continuation of this franchise.
Bungie we truly hope that you can achieve these things for the future of this game, but the real issue is that many fans and gamers have brought this issue to light but there is still no action. We cannot stress enough the value of acting and not just listening. If there is no action then there is no real reason to listen.

I’m pretty sure the video game world can come up with an idea to give you more content in a game. I’m really surprised they haven’t thought of this yet with inflation since PlayStation 3 has been released in 2006 The disk retail price was $59.99 for games. since the biggest complaint has been more content if they raise the price either $69.99 or $79.99 they would be able to release a lot more content, for the base game. Remember you asked for more content this is how they can give it ,because you asked for it.

I stopped playing this game about two weeks before the DLC dropped. I quit playing for a lot of reasons but eververse and micro transactions was not one of them. If Bungie got rid of micro transactions today it would mean nothing to me and I would not return to playing.

Bearbeitet von Seraph: 1/10/2018 2:32:07 PMI’m not a fan of Eververse, but I’ve kind of struggled to understand why Eververse has suddenly become such a big deal after Curse of Osiris came out considering the Eververse store has been in Destiny for years. My guess is it’s 2 things. Destiny 2’s ( perceived ) lack of content. And how more and more things ( like Sparrows, Ships, Ghost Shells, Emotes and now unique pieces of Armour ) are now locked behind a paywall in a Loot Based Game. These 2 issues seem to be colliding to create a perfect shit storm for Bungie and the playerbase to navigate through.

After doing some reading into Overwatch’s Loot Box System, I really think Bungie should consider following suit with their System. In Overwatch, they don’t have “Silver” for one, you just buy the Loot Boxes with money directly. They skip the middle man by skipping a In-Game Currency and you just buy with straight up cash. In Overwatch, the Loot Boxes are cheaper, but not only are they cheaper, but they have an increase in the RNG and you are more likely to get what you want in them. In Overwatch, they only charge $0.80 for 1 Loot Box and you have like an 50/50 or more chances to get what you want out of those Boxes. Now take Destiny 2, They have Implemented a middle man by adding Silver. 1 Illuminated Engram is 200 Silver, that equals the value of $2.00 bucks and you have an extremely low chance of getting that sweet Exotic Emote, Sparrow or Ship. From the looks of it, Overwatch gives you more bang for your buck then Bungie does with their Loot Box System. Now Bungie should also look into Warframes Micro-Transactions System. Where everything is laid out and you get to pick and choose what you want and know you will get that item.

MICRO TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. The game isn’t bad because you can buy stuff in game. The game is bad because the game is bad. It’s not some secret money grabbing conspiracy that’s making the game bad. It’s the game itself. It just sucks

They are fine Felisha.

Dude, this game is perfect on that. if you want to spend all your money to get JUST COSMETICS. Go ahead. That's all eververse is. Just cosmetics, And they will add content. Give them time. Shut up and go play a different game if you dont like this game. Shhhh cryboy. ;3

Evervess d1 not a problem for me d2 evervess still doesn't bother me but i do get the argument that loot is locked behined micros. The biggest problem with d2 is the loot isnt there because lets face it we all have the same shit in d2 no diversity mods we have an handfull lost sectors tokens raid tokens strikes tokens everywhere. Tokens for what a piece of gear with the same rolls over and over with never getting a different mod to fit its pointless to even hold the same name as d1 its insulting to the veterans of the game the loyal fans who for 3 years kept playing giving feedback for what tokens and where's the continuity of the ten year project that the player base came here for and all for one thing pvp trials balance which is bs. Evervess is just one thing wrong with this game so much has been lost and now bunjie is losing its players and trust with the crap there pulling. Fully agree evervess should go or be put back to how she was d1 but there are other issues with the game and bunjie shouldn't use predatory sytems to drive poeple to spend cash pulling us away from gameplay problems thats drove more players away than tess. Bunjie dropped the ball on this one.

I'm not part of your 'we'. Speak for yourself and not others.

How many games drop content after content? It does take time to make content. There are other things they need to fix before coming out with your new content.

Microtransactions in a AAA priced game is plan greedy. Halo 5 really disappointed me with no split screen and stupid loot boxes to gamble on. Took me over a year to get a DMR. Such bs.
