Without random stat and perk rolls, legendary engrams are worthless. I remember back in D1, getting a legendary was just as exciting as getting an exotic. You had no idea what you’d get, but you’d pray to RNGesus that whatever it was, God’s holy hands had touched it and then passed it on to you. Come D2, you get a legendary, roll your eyes, decrypt it into your thousandth cookie cutter “insert legendary name here” and immediately share it. There isn’t a single interesting legendary weapon nor armor piece in D2 that makes me excited to get a legendary drop. I mean for Christ’s sake we don’t even omolon primary weapons anymore!!! I used to be excited for Cocytus, Tuonela, PDX-45, Uffern HC-4, etc. In D2 what do we have? Nameless Midnight and Origin Story? I’m trying to just take deep breaths and stay calm but I swear Bungie is driving this game and thus the franchise straight into the ground. [i]~Nyahh! =^,.,^=[/i]
