I hope Anthem is the game we're all wanting Destiny to be
I mean Bioware definitely has the information available
English

Destiny Publisher = Activi$ion. Anthem Publisher = EA. ... ... F**k... The Players are screwed either way.
-
Anthem is not a FPS, it's third person shooter, consequently the shooting part will never be as satisfying as it is in FPS. This limits Anthem's potential quite substantially for me personally.
-
-
Dont know why people are so anticipated for Anthem. EA is behind Bioware's Anthem people. Wake up. 😐 Stop paying for something that isnt reviewed and giving greedy corporations your hard earn cash.
-
It's ok to hope, I don't think anyone really expects anthem to be what it could be. Same with destiny now, a lot of us from vanilla or dark below have just about had enough.the hope is still there though.
-
You say that. While we're here playing Destiny 2. Activision is just as bad.
-
Well of course. I know that. I've learned my lesson. Its just mind boggling to see people so excited for Anthem, knowing that EA is behind it.
-
Tabula Rasa man... that is what becomes of all MMORPG FPS style games

Bearbeitet von Broseph_Stalin: 12/19/2017 8:13:47 PMIf you look closely Anthem has some of the same symptoms plaguing Destiny. I'd be leery of it. Plus EA will try new and innovative approach of how to make player base bite the pillow as Anthem eating the curb is much more palatable to them then Star Wars financially wise. Its like the trojan horse take two with lootboxes.

Yeah, dream on. I saw what they did with Mass Effect Andromeda.
-
For the 1000th time this isn’t the same Mass Effect team...ANHTEM is being made by the team that did the first ME trilogy. A trilogy that’s been acclaimed worldwide.
-
That's not entirely true. Casey Hudson, executive producer on the main trilogy of Mass Effect, was also behind ME Andromeda, as many veteran BioWare employees were too. The problems with Andromeda were diverse and can't be resumed only to the studio that developed it. In regard to Anthem, truth is that Bioware as little to none experience with multiplayer/cooperative shared world games. All their successes were with single player games that were distinct by having a deep, intricate story with solid and complex character development. Exactly what Mass Effect trilogy was. Add to that the fact that Anthem lead designer, Corey Gaspur, the one that worked in the original ME trilogy, passed away last July. I may be wrong but Anthem may turn out something like ME Andromeda meets Destiny and that's not a positive thing in any aspect.
-
Seems there’s a lot happening behind the curtain. Let’s hope they’ll get it right even if they have to delay it.
-
Well then you should've also seen that the team that worked on Andromeda isn't the same team that worked on the other Mass effect games You got any other ignorant shit to say?
-
You got any other ignorant shit to say?
Wow! You're really an educated, polite person, aren't you?
-
EA and 3rd person.... No Ty!
-
I'm okay with it
-
Keep in mind that EA is the publisher for BioWare and Anthem.

-
safe? I assumed D2 was "safe." I Assumed MEA was "safe." Those assumptions lead to preorders. That won't happen again.
-
i wouldnt get ahead of myself on that assumption
