Ya know, I'm trying to be as kind and as patient as I can. I know nothing is perfect. I'd get the occasional black screen once or twice a week. Just leave and go back, problem solved. But this problem seems to be getting worse as time goes by. And this morning makes it all too evident. It doesn't help that this problem has persisted since launch. But as of this posting I have tried to spawn into the Tower 15 times. And I have gotten 15 black screens. [b]FIFTEEN BLACK SCREENS.[/b] I don't really do a lot of Thanksgiving celebrating and I go to my family's to eat. I figured I'd grind Iron Banner until it was time. I just wanna get my 15 tokens from Saladin and try my luck at the armor set for my Hunter. Your many changes have done much in the way of turning me off your product. But still I played. And still I hope for the best. But this is getting to be unacceptable. I have tried everything from closing my app, to logging out, to switching characters and nothing has worked. I've even tried travelling from the Tower to another place and back again and still nothing. Simply put, I really do feel like this is it for me. I'm almost ready to just stop using this product. I can't even get into the main hub to continue what little grind has been left in this game and it's getting really frustrating. I'm running out of nice things to say about your product and this service. All this game does anymore is disappoint. And I'm sorry to say that but it's true. Edit: After upwards of about 20-25 times, I finally got in. And that was after I just basically gave up and just sat there while I browsed for some sort of fix. The game sat about 5 minutes on a black screen to finally load. This is getting to be a bit too much. I've wasted about a good 20 minutes struggling with this.
