Ive done everything you have done as well.....and it does seem it all started after the last windows update. When the last Hotfix was dropped a windows user account control asked me if I wanted to allow Blizzard.net permissions to make changes to my computer. I clicked yes, but this has never happened before. Now, I lose frames like its going out of style, the game is literally unplayable
. I cant play more than 5 mins, I get thrown back into orbit with a message telling me to lower my graphic settings due to frame rate was to low. I put the game on its and problem persisted. Now keep in mind I was play on high settings at the initial launch without a problem. Now after all the investigating and reinstall, and had a tech come out and check my connection she found nothing wrong on my end there I'm actually somehow getting a better connection speed than most on my street. Iran windows troubleshooter ans it tells me that the program is incompatible and could not be fix, funny there were no problems before. That tells me there is a conflict in software. Is it blizzard, destiny2 or windows.

I don't have that issue but since the end of September I have noticed that my controllers have been acting up. X button is glitchy as well as R2 and L2. I also see that when I look left or right it will pan my screen 180 degrees and is glitchy as well lol At first it was just during Destiny 2 but now I have noticed it while playing Warframe as well??? My PS4 and PSN have worked flawlessly until after the launch of ROI and I got DDOS'D a couple of times. Coincidence, maybe???

why bother, it's an application problem, Destiny 2.exe has a memory leak, the process will reach 17gb / 20gb withing 10-20mins,
