Sony Account Banned - Because I refuse to Pay for a reported Fraud Case - Lost my D2 Chars

TLDR - Sony Shafted me and I lost my PSN Account, resulting in me losing my D2 account. I am on a new account but do not want to lose my progress (3 chars at 305-almost every exotic). Please read - I'm begging you :) I was forced to create a new ID because my old ID was banned. Sony banned me because I refused to pay them 350$ in fraudulent charges that were made from a PS4 that I do not own(confirmed the serial numbers with them over the phone). I reported the fraud the day it happened to my credit card company who disputed the charges. It did not resolve until almost 3 months after it initially became a concern. Sony shut me off yesterday stating that I did not file a claim with them(although they were dealing with Chase, my credit card company) and that I would have to pay. I refuse to pay for something that was stolen in the first place. So I created a new PS4 handle. I know this is a longshot but I enjoy D2, playing with Clan and Friends. Is there any way I can get my hard work back without bending over to the Sony Gods and taking one in the sac? I would hate to lose the time investment spent, it will be very hard to start it all over, not impossible, but such a waste of time. - it will not let me reply now, saying only players of Destiny can post in a public forum. Mister Exotic - that is exactly what happened Megatron - Reported it to the bank, changed my PS4 login information, and re-upped all my licenses.
