Has anybody had any luck with refunds? I put in a ticket but it was denied. I've uninstalled the game. It's too frustrating. Surely a problem as large as this deserves a refund?

I've spoken to a level 8 and lvl 5 who haven't been able to get a refund. I think bungie are just taking this p!ss on purpose. The guy actually said to me, oh you're to high level. I was level 12. However the same has been said to the level 8 and 5. I honestly wish I had listened to myself about not buying anything for bungie. I only have myself to blame. This will be the last thing I buy from them, that's for damn sure. I think this will be the last time I check the forms. I'm done with this piece of sh!t game.
