So there are Account Restrictions and Bans in Destiny - these are two separate entities. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. [b]Bungie does not dispute or overturn either of them.[/b]

With the game less than 30 out of the gates, the terms and services agreement actually guarantees our refund. It's part of the boiler plate that we can reject the terms within 30 days and seek a full refund. If our behavior has violated the agreement, is it your advice that we should (all) seek refunds?

Are you aware that you had to accept/agree to the terms & services before you could even play? By playing, you have agreed to those terms already and are ineligible based on that.

That's not going to hold up if it wasn't made clear what behavior would be considered a violation of the agreement. I wouldn't know what I was agreeing to, and still being within the window to reject the agreement, could now do so with a more complete understanding. I also, obviously, would not have played the game at any point after rejection of that agreement.

I am now banned aswell, yesterday everything was OK and i was playing normally, today i am banned????

Well I don't share an account, I don't talk in game to even say offensive language or have anyway to cheat in this game (look at my pvp record) - logging in today to find I was banned is completely ludicrous. I hope this is resolved and I'm not sacrificed on the alter of PR since you said 'no one has been banned in vein' - This is completely unacceptable as you've rendered a $60+ game useless for no fault of my own.

Oh and that "group" (who's quantity went unannounced) at launch. Also, in neither case was it explained how these mistakes happened. Don't worry, we PC players still totally trust your bans without any explanation or means to dispute.

What you are saying Bungie, is that you can ban anyone without cause. They also provide no information on why you might be banned. This provides me little incentive to buy anything Bungie in the future. I have not been banned, however my friend was just banned and not provided justification. Though I do not cheat, nor have been using overlays, nor have been lagging, I would not be surprised if I logged in tomorrow and was banned. You can take a brief look at the forums right now and clearly see that this is a serious problem, especially after the first Mass-Ban problem this game has experienced. To reply that you do not dispute or overturn them when your company is CLEARLY at fault is, at best, disconnected from your audience and incredibly lazy. Talk to your bosses and get them to come down here and offer an official apology for treating their customers like garbage and fix this issue that is driving your player base away.

They are here as an interface to the community for one reason. To spew forth and propagate Bungie's corporate statements. But, never with any help of substance.
