I understand where you are coming from... I have over 250 hard mode raid completions in D1... However it seems like you are having issues with things that came to D1 after vanilla launch and was added to the gm later.
I personally don't have many issues with is there and not there from D1, I feel like those things are coming back in 1 form or another and don't blame them for not putting all that stuff back in D2 at launch. I completely agree with point 1, but point 2 I dont agree with since most people only kept 1 version of the gun in the 1st place especially due to space, I don't agree 90% of guns are useless, I think the Kinetic/energy format opens up drastically different play styles and its not like people varied that much from there normal load out not withstanding there where alot more weapons to choose from when you consider 4 different raid, 4 trails, and strike and other activity weapon load outs to choose from.
Sparrows? Who cares how big your collection is, you can only ride one at a time and you have 4 types to choose from, I couldn't care less about having 6 different sparrows with 160 speed that spawn instantly... I just want the exotic version and don't really care that there all at eververse b/c I would prefere them to be all in one place to be honest. No to mention sparrow racing is a special event that will come, so why complain that its not there at launch when it took years to get in the 1st place?
I agree with 8, 9, and 10... Not sure what you mean by "secret exotics" but if I personally couldnt aquire it I really didnt care about it (I assume youre talking about warcliff in D1) same goes for easter eggs, they did nothing towards gameplay.
As far as factions go... I kinda like what they did b/c it made the factions mean more and made it exciting for a couple of hrs at least when they virtually meant nothing in D1, I feel it could have been fleshed out a little better but I like the direction its going.
I also don't agree in the slightest about the Leviathan raid. I think its a great raid that brings something new to the table and doesnt function like all the previous raids. I like the "game show" aspect of it b/c it makes sense in the context of the raid itself cause where being tested, what better way to do that then with deadly games. I also love the concept of the underbelly which is also vastly different way to move around the raid that we have never exp b4. I personnally feel that most people who complain about this raid have that nostalgic bug, where its always hard for anything new to compete with what was familiar and memorable from your 1st time attempting it and making memories with your buddies that you went though the struggle with. (B4 everyone just waited for buddies/youtubers to complete the raid and watched the best strats to beat it).
I agree with 22 and 33 but most of the other stuff is complaining b/c all the things that took years to make its way to D1 is not in D2 and that argument is non sense in the 1st month of release. Most people only have a couple hrs to play daily, and the people whom are complaining is b/c they have already put in 2x's to 3x's the amount of time than the average player is able and now having a issue that there isn't anything to do. I purposely took my time with D2 for that very reason, and I still have twice the amount of time that friends with 8-9 hr jobs and have kids can possibly play. its hard to make content for eveyone, we all know that, but look at the larger picture, most likely you did a month worth of gameplay possibly in the 1st week or 2 of release and thats y people are having so many issues with it.
My biggest gripe is the prestige raid/nightfall in relation to trails b/c they both represent the highest challenge in each respective game mode yet trails is far more rewarding than PvE activities. The rewards for prestige at this time are a joke, a virtual slap in the face for completing these activities. I have a big problem with this especially considering the dups I get in this game, I dont even wanna attempt another one after just getting a golden crown, skin for shotgun, chest and leg armor (which is in no way special, just like all other armor of same class, it just looks different). I personally feel there is no reason to prestige the raid, its meaningless and doesnt do anything other than make the raid far more difficult for less b/c you get no weapons what so ever, even reg raid weapons. After 12(normal)+1(prestige)=13 completions across all characters since launch and havent even gotten a full set or normal raid armor for any of my class or the hand cannon either b/c I keep getting the samethings over and over.
