It is called Transversal Resonance. Essentially, all objects increase in both volume and speed as you move southwards along the disk of the earth. As the above animation shows, this is why a jet moving along southern lines of latitude takes the same amount of time to complete its journey as a plane traveling in the north. At first glance, one would assume that it should take longer to travel along southern portions of the disk, as apposed to traveling in the north. However, do to the force of Transversal Resonance, the jet in the south is proportionately larger and faster than its counter part in the south. Due to the unequal values of relative volume and speed, the force of TR creates the illusion that 4000 miles in the south is the same as 400 miles in the north. And because TR effects the size and consistency of light waves as well, it is impossible to visually perceive or measure the force of TR directly. We must infer its existence.
Before you stop and and cry "but Krishna you always say we must rely directly on our senses, and nothing else! Now you are proposing the existence some invisible force that you cant observe???"
Let me clarify: Transversal Resonance does not represent an instance of incontrovertible knowledge. It is a proposition. Propositions are suggestions, ideas that stem from what we know through direct, sensory observation. For example, we know that the horizon is Flat. This is an instance of incontrovertible knowledge. We also know that summers in the Arctic north are far warmer than summers in the Antarctic south, despite the fact that spherists believe that the earth is 3 million miles CLOSER to the sun during Antarctic summers. And yet, paradoxically, Antarctica is FROZEN during summertime. The idea that objects are larger in the south is consistent with what we actually observe regarding Antarctic summers. The increased volume of snow and ice, as well as wind speed, means that a frozen southern polar region is exactly what we would expect. Thus, the force of TR stems from what we already know about the world.
Yes, TR shares conceptual similarities with the idea of gravity, except that it actually ties together different facets of knowledge about the world. In this sense, it is a synthesis. Gravity on the other hand represents an ad hoc attempt to legitimize the crippling inconsistencies of round earth science. People knew the earth was Flat before Newton, and they still know it today. The ball myth represents one of the supreme acts of ignorance ever foisted upon mankind by ruling religious dogmatists. Nothing is farther from fact than the idea of a ball earth. NOTHING. It never ceases to amaze me just how far people are willing to stretch their gullibility in order to preserve the worldview they feel safe with. Knowledge isn't safe. I wish people would actually dare to think for once...

Step outside your spherical box offtopic...
Edit: thanks for all the great feedback! I'm a bit busy for the next day or so, but I will get back with all of you as soon as I can...

A fundamental force called common sense explains why you are dumb.

1 Antworten
Step outside your spherical box offtopic...
Is a spherical box possible? I thought they could only be rectangular prisms or cubes

2 AntwortenI'm sorry, but I think 2 planes going 4000 miles at 400 mph are going to go about the same distance at the same speed. We can't simply just say -"An Unseen Force!!" It' not that simple to explain. My only problem with Flat-Earther's, are that that's how they explain everything. This doesn't line up? Unseen Force! Eclipses don't work naturally? Uh, there's an invisible moon! Stuff not ever falling of the edge... "Water currents that no one's ever seen!" Gravity doesn't work. "Earth's just moving up at 9.8m/s! For some reason..." There's never any proof behind anything, except for a 2-second conclusion someone pulled out of their butt to try and explain something that never lined up with their theory to begin with. And that's not even proof! It's just a bunch of hypothesis' that are being held in the position of "fact", even though they never had any research done, to prove themselves.

9 Antwortenif the earth is flat then why are rainbows arched, why do snipers have to account for the curve of the earths surface? the moon, the sun, other planets and earth are spherical not flat, also mermaids, unicorns, and dragons are make believe. you sir are a genuine dingbat!

2 AntwortenWait, so if gravity doesn’t exist and we’re just held to the ground because the flat earth is constantly moving upward, how do planes and birds fly without slamming into the ground that always rising to meet them?

3 AntwortenAnother thing how does the flat earth model account for the Coriolis effect? The flat earth model says the earth doesn't rotate...

3 AntwortenThe only thing flat earthers fear, is sphere itself.

The sun is flat

2 AntwortenOk, I just had a question pop into my head. So, there has been talk off & on about building a "space elevator". An elevator that goes from the surface of our planet to a space station or space platform of some sort. Supposedly, one of the biggest problems with building it is that the Earth rotates. My question is, if the Earth is flat & does not rotate, what would stop the building of a "space elevator"

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Chicken in Rice: 10/23/2017 7:07:33 PMThe thing is, both sides of this argument throw the same insults at each other. Flat earthers can say: "So gravity just pulls us down to earth at 9.8 m/s for no reason? Sounds like bullcrap to me!" And sphere earthers (no idea what else to call it) can say: "The flat disk just accelerates up at 9.8 m/s for no reason? Sounds like bullcrap to me!" What bothers me the most about this argument is actually just the fact that people won't be mature about it. If we could stop yelling at each other and calling the other side a bunch of idiots, maybe then we could actually have a discussion about it? This thread is a perfect example. Nobody wants to respond to you with an actual scientific reply because they are too busy trying to insult you because they think that you're an idiot. Personally I think that Earth is round, but you aren't an "idiot" for having a different opinion than me. You are actually taking the time to give evidence, which proves that you aren't stupid.

what about the shadow earth casts on the moon

Why are you so afraid of the government?

TLDR but it warms my soul to see you still haven’t given up your game.

Krishnas, I've seen your info graphics before. The one about the sun shining light like a flashlight is completely wrong. So, how can i believe this one? You never acknowledged me when I made legitimate arguments against the idea that the light from the Sun acts like a flashlight (what flat Earthers claim it does.) It's impossible. In conclusion. The Earth is not flat. This has always been true. No new age internet conspiracy pseudoscience can disprove that. No matter how hard you try.

How do you explain gravity then. And idk the sun and moon.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von All in Wall: 10/22/2017 2:39:53 PMIf the earth is flat, what about mountains and hills. Those arent very flat. Ergo, the earth is a hollow fourth dimensional gaseous forme and we are trapped orbiting three of its seventeen centers

After reading both your post, and the article, I can conclude that this is a terrible argument, and I sincerely hope that you are just baiting people even though you say you don’t.

If it is a disk how can it hold all life inside without breaking 🤔

This guy just keeps on adding phrases for stuff backed up by absolutely nothing it's hilarious.
