Random Rolls need to come back, I (and much of the community) are clearly already not a fan of the change. Here is a fine example. Just last week I did the Raid for the first time, and of course that's a whole other post, which I may do. But, today being the weekly reset, I found a team and did it again, getting up to Calus. Here's my problem, and why I hate the new "No Random Rolls Thing": During the Raid today I got two things: Mob Justice... and Mob Justice. I like how it's a bit harder to get weapons and armor in this raid than others, that way more people do the Raid more times so they can eventually get what they are looking for, but, when you get two of the exact same thing, especially when it's in the same run, it ruins the incentive. Let me elaborate. Say in Destiny 1, I have the luck to get 2 Longbow sniper rifles in one run of me being on and playing the game. I wouldn't be too upset, as 1 would have a better roll than the other. Now imagine getting the 2 longbows, and they're exactly the same. Now imagine that with raid weapons, when you and your team worked hard at 2 different encounters, just to get 2 of the same thing, especially when it isn't even that good (In my opinion/Mob Justice). That's what I'm saying, it not only ruins the value of weapons, but makes events in the game less rewarding and unincentive. I really do like the game so far, but some things need to be fixed, and the fact that they might not be fixed, causes the game to lack EVEN MORE than what it could have.
