Hello to everyone, I understand the unique factor and there, this differentiates two consoles. But seeing a Precision Rifle so strong and really "op" is not at all right. Borealis, the name of the Exotic Rifle, can change the item in a game by simply pressing the default square key. It is almost all weapons that change element, but can do it during a cave or raid in authoritative mode when you can not make it seem too advantageous, compared to those who can not do it .. it would be fairer to have it on all the platforms or changing the perk.
