I recognize that the answer to this question is probably something incredibly obvious and I'm just stupid/oblivious, but I've been wondering: How do people originally figure out the rules for each raid challenge?
I just go onto youtube or a guide site (or this forum) and people have posted how to complete a challenge within minutes of a new raid launching, but I've often wondered how are they able to figure them out? Are there visual cues given in the raid that tell you what the rules are (and I've just never noticed them because I'm not looking for them)? Or something else?
Please help an ignorant brother out with some knowledge.
Thanks!

It's process of elimination. Text will pop up at the bottom left of the screen telling you that you failed the challenge if you do something wrong. So you come up with a theory, test it, see if the challenge was failed or not and reiterate with a different hypothesis until you get it right.
