One day I was sitting on the bus going to school and I had this Idea for a new exotic that was obtainable through trials which took me a day to work on. I planned out all the stats and even a quote for the gun, so I hope the destiny community likes it. And yes I do Have an drawing but unfortunately it is only a rough draft. All my notes on it and drawings have been in the back of my destiny ttk case for about a month and I figured that I'd ask the community. Give me any thoughts on how I could make this better as well. If I could compare the gun to anything, it would probably be a combination of the ,black spindle,zen meteor, and no land beyond, with some trials patterns and in yellow and black. Oh and throw in a bayonet:) Name: the Eye of Osiris Gun Type: Sniper Rifle (Sorry for all you shotgun users the making of that one is a work in progress) How to obtain this weapon: You get the quest from completing gold tier (same chance as getting thorn from bounties) Get 100 sniper kills in the crucible Dismantle snipers ( up to 10; rates count as 2 legendaries are 5) Turn in 1 exotic shard to the disciple of Osiris. He will tell you to get all the components for the weapon Complete bronze tier for the scope silver for the barrel And gold for the stock The frame for the weapon is obtainable through getting 50 trials wins or going flawless. If you go flawless the frame is in the light house in the chest Go back to the reef to get a new part of the quest. You are asked to give the disciple 20 passage coins. Fused together, the coins and exotic shard you had previously given him will turn into light energy. Give him weapon parts to make the container for the energy and he will tell you to charge it by getting 50 solar kills in the crucible (does not have to be trials. Bring the charged solar energy back to him. Along with 10 notes of light The disciple will give you a box with all of the weapon components which you will then bring to the gunsmith in the tower. Your weapon will await you on the next arms day. Stats and perks: It is solar In the same archetype as the longbow/ 1000 yard stare 390 attack Perks: outlaw, hidden hand,counterbalance,armor piercing rounds, rifles barrel There are not any other choices for optics but the scope has a .75 higher zoom than shortgaze/ ambush. Max aim assist 91 Exotic perks: "I see you" : getting kills in quick succession will grant you 25% speed boost and 50% further slide and 25% better weapon handling. As well as 25% faster charging if you super Main exotic perk: "More than meets the eye": When your super is fully charged use it while holding this gun to get 3 shots that lock on to their targets ( you must aim at someone first; you do not have to aim at them for a second or two it will just lock on if your crosshairs even touch them)and can track them (instakill). Kills will also create a fire fly effect. THIS REPLACES YOUR SUPER You will also have 50% better weapon handling upon activation. And a decrease to aim assist and zoom by 25% Quote: " regular people... well they can see only the ordinary, but you... you can see the unimaginable.
