There also seems to be a glitch with the relic (Aegis) in the Nexus final fight: If a player dies while holding the relic, it will shortly thereafter respawn to its pick-up location, however will produce a loud "whooshing" sound repeatedly and players are also unable to pick it up again, until after 30 or so seconds (or in some cases fireteam has to wipe to reset the glitch). I have personally witnessed this issue 3 times now, 1 x during the nightfall (had to wipe to reset), 2 x during heroic strike mode (30 or so sec to reset).
